We live as creatures, in harmony with creation and in an attitude of praise to the Creator. “We become painfully aware, we dare to turn what happens to the world into our own personal suffering, and thus we discover the contribution that each one of us can make” (LS19).
We are in the process of ecological conversion on a personal, community, and congregational level with a new lifestyle that opts for integral ecology. We are sustainable and ecological communities and educational centers that are committed to the Laudato Sí objectives.
What do we aspire for?
-
With deep convictions, we want to continue our integral conversion process from within.
-
Understand the dynamics that occur in our world (production, consumption, economy, effects to the most vulnerable, etc.). From there, consistent processes of personal and community transformation can be born. Offer resources and training to help in this regard.
-
Rebuild the creation through little gestures.
-
Recreate our way of living:
-
As a means to evangelize the world of today that is so materially dependent
-
Aware that each gesture influences, harms, affects the creation and the lives of the most vulnerable no matter how small they may be
-
Concretizing decisions to be eco communities and institutions
-
Collaborate with others in network
-
Work on the Laudato Sí objectives: response to the cry of the poor, response to the cry of the earth, formation on ecology, Spirituality, ecological economy, adhering to sustainable lifestyles, community commitment and participative action; continuing the process started according to our Eco Route.
-
Share good practices from our communities and other groups
